I am passionate about helping people achieve their highest level of wellness in mind, body and soul. Everything is connected which is why it is so important to treat health holistically. I help my clients get to the root of the problem and address everything from the inside out. We go over ‘the circle of life’: physical activity, relationships, career, environment, joy, etc. to see which areas need improvement and go from there. The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health & Wellness Coach Certification is recognized by the National Board for Health & Wellness (NBHWC) as an approved certification program. IIN coaches can and do partner with other medical professionals (e.g. MDs, NPs etc.) to provide the missing link between traditional medicine and holistic health.

While food is one of our essential forms of nourishment, there are others such as relationships, career, environment, physical health, social life, spirituality etc., all of which impact our well being.
